“The location beside the Charlemont tram stop provides immediate access to Dublin's attractions, while the inner courtyard offers an escape for relaxation. I noted the thoughtful touches like complimentary breakfast for young children and pet-friendly policies make it a comfortable choice for families, plus the Waterfront Restaurant features innovative dining. It's a practical Dublin base with appealing extras.”

great family stay!
good size good water
the room was a good size, clean plus comfortable. the bathroom was very good. It had a large space with good water pressure and also good products to use in the shower.
i booked a superior twin room, but i was placed in an interconnecting room. this was disappointing because i would have liked more privacy .

An adequate stay
gluten-free choice quiet area usb socket type c socket
the breakfast offered many options (the gluten-free choices were a plus). lucas and his team provided cheerful service each morning. the location has convenient access to the luas green line. the area remains quiet, ensuring good rest.
i discovered no usb or type c sockets in the room, which i found inconvenient. the room itself was otherwise comfortable. i appreciate bruno and sara from reception for their help with my needs.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
poor soundproofing chaotic breakfast
The room I had contained an interconnecting door. This impacted the level of soundproofing. Every noise from the adjacent room was clearly audible. I reported it to the front desk and they did not offer a solution. the breakfast service was chaotic. The buffet was messy, and staff struggled to keep up with replenishing items. It took a while to get a clean table and find necessary items like plates and cutlery.
The reception staff was helpful at check-in. The hotel provided luggage storage after check-out at no extra cost. The tram station is just across the street, convenient. The location allows easy access to the city center.
I found that the room service options were not satisfactory. I would have liked more variety.

Location

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance of the city center. The Luas tram stop across the street provides easy access to various points. This proximity simplifies traveling around, awesome for quick transportation.
